You only have to go to the heart of Africa or any other hot undeveloped country where they wear very little in the way of clothing to see what the effects of not wearing a bra can be for a woman. Of course it is not the fault of these women that they don’t wear one because firstly they have never thought to wear one and secondly even if they had, in small villages in the heart of the jungle, things like bras are not an easy item to get hold of and nor considered very necessary.

The young women in these countries start off with very good breasts, some small and small larger just like any other women in the rest of the world, but because they never use a bra, or for that matter wear anything on the upper part of their bodies, over the years the breasts begin to droop having had no support whatsoever.
In the western world, through age, the breasts of women also begin to sag but not nearly in as fast and alarming a rate as happens with the African women which by the age of forty years of age or sometimes even less can already have their breasts hanging down to their waistlines and when this happens they can literally fling them over their shoulders – if they wanted to.
So it is with gratitude that the bra exists for some women in the world as it really does help the breast stay more youthful for much longer and apart from this it has become an item which is very feminine to wear. Nowadays you can find them produced in all sorts of colours, designs and different types of fabric and there are even ones which have precious stones or diamonds sewn into them and of course these cost a bomb!
