You only have to go to the heart of Africa or any other hot undeveloped country where they wear very little in the way of clothing to see what the effects of not wearing a bra can be for a woman. Of course it is not the fault of these women that they don’t wear one because firstly they have never thought to wear one and secondly even if they had, in small villages in the heart of the jungle, things like bras are not an easy item to get hold of and nor considered very necessary.
The young women in these countries start off with very good breasts, some small and small larger just like any other women in the rest of the world, but because they never use a bra, or for that matter wear anything on the upper part of their bodies, over the years the breasts begin to droop having had no support whatsoever.

The question is what influences you most, the fashion that you see portrayed in all those fashion magazines or the clothes that people about you wear?
It is quite easy to be influenced by magazines. They give you all the tips on what it is that one should be seen wearing during the next season, how to wear it and where to buy it, but it doesn’t seem very real because one can’t see it in real life.
On the other hand, when one sees someone with a great outfit on and you can’t help but think how wonderful it looks on them is when you really feel like going out to find out where you can buy it.
Of course, this person has maybe thought the same thing in that they saw a person wearing a similar outfit or maybe they did actually copy the idea from a magazine. Well it seems that it must all be a circle. We are never to know who copies from what but at the end of the day we all copy from somewhere whether it be from a magazine or person.

This year the height of the heels on shoes and boots are probably higher than they have been any other year and the question is whether this sort of foot wear can, in the long term, injure your health, primarily you back and your foot.
Well apparently yet it can and it does. Three out of every four women who constantly wear high heels have some sort of foot problem or indeed a problem in their back or their knees.
You have to remember that any heel over two inches high is going to affect the way you walk and change the way you balance yourself. You are going to be placing much more weight than is usual or good for you just on the ball of your feet and this in turn will eventually lead to blisters, corns or calluses. Because you are almost tilting forward while you walk in heels there is going to be much more pressure on your toes which will be pushed up against the toe of the shoe. At collection premiere Moscow, or CPM venue, earlier this year, on late February, the children wear fall/winter 2009/2010 collections was launched.
